Inside Sales

Location: Nashville, TN 

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly and we are currently seeking an office-based, inside sales associate to join our team in Nashville, TN. The individual in this role will be provided with on-the-job training that will enable them to contribute to our continued growth. This is a collaborative position where you will be working closely with the Vice President of Business Development and the sales team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct multiple outbound calls per week;
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the scientific features of Defiance Fuel and the product offerings; 
  • Use business-intelligence and market research data to make informed decisions on day-to-day prioritization; 
  • Generate interest from new accounts and establish relationships with fitness, wellness, and health-focused businesses; 
  • Work closely with outside business development team to carry-out sales tasks;
  • Support business development team with administrative tasks;

We are looking for someone who: 

  • College degree preferred;
  • The determination to work harder and a love for competition
  • The ability to work with the latest technologies
  • We prefer some sales experience, but we have top sales representatives with diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to great customer service and building great relationships

Outside Sales Representative

Location: MIAMI/FORT LAUDERDALE

Defiance Fuel is quickly expanding in multiple markets around the United States. The individual in this role will be provided with on-the-job training that will enable them to contribute to our continued growth and help us launch our products in new markets. This is a collaborative position where you will be working closely with the Vice President of Business Development and the sales team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish new business in your market through phone calls and in-person visits; 
  • Generate new leads through email marketing communication; 
  • Work with the business development team to expand on our sales strategies;
  • Generate interest from new accounts and establish relationships with fitness, wellness, and health-focused businesses; 
  • Provide the highest level of service by effectively responding to client/customer both during and after the sales process;
  • Support business development team with administrative tasks;

We are looking for someone who: 

  • 2 years of experience required 
  • College degree preferred;
  • The determination to work harder and a love for competition
  • The ability to work with the latest technologies
  • We prefer some sales experience, but we have top sales representatives with diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to great customer service and building great relationships

Salary: $38,000 with uncapped commission
