Alpha Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (a-gpc). This ingredient has a long history of safety and performance. Derived from lecithin, a-gpc has been shown in university studies to promote more effective fat metabolism, greater muscle performance, improved visual acuity, improved iron metabolism, and improved reproductive health while at the same time reducing damaging tissue inflammation.
Betaine and amino acids – as building blocks for protein metabolism, our product contributes critical amounts and the correct balance to enhance lean muscle performance while reducing muscle breakdown. One critical factor, Betaine, a derivative of glycine, has been shown to increase fat metabolism while reducing muscle loss during exercise. Betaine also increases creatine synthesis, increases protein synthesis, improves muscle strength, decreases cortisol (the stress hormone), and reduces lactic acid.

Huperzine A- (HA) is a natural compound that is purified from a plant called club moss (Huperzia serrata). It was first identified in the 1980s, but extracts of the plant have been used in China for centuries as an herbal medicine.
HA has been shown in many clinical studies to be extremely safe and effective. It is now commonly used to improve memory and cognitive abilities while acting as a neuroprotectant (helps protects the brain from free radical reactions).
HA has been shown in studies to protect brain cells from damage due to glutamate (like in the food additive MSG), peroxides (free radicals from oxygen often created by aerobic exercise), and beta-amyloids (the proteins that are a contributor to alzheimers). In mouse studies, it has been shown to promote brain cell improvement, and may even help protect the brain from age-related damage as it enhances memory.
